Harco Metal Products Announces New Quality Manager
TEMPE, Ariz.—Harco Metal Products, a provider of custom metal fabrication and tube bending services, recently announced the appointment of Polonie Gomez as Quality Manager at the company’s Tempe, Arizona facility. Mr. Gomez brings high-level experience in Total Quality Management, Statistical Process Control, Root Cause and Corrective Action, Six Sigma, and PFMEA to the Harco team. He is said to have “a strong quality background in the area of AS9000 and AS9100 principles,” having guided several major companies to certification in both ISO and AS.
“Mr. Gomez’s 20 years of experience in safety and quality assurance is a valuable asset to Harco,” said Harco President and Founder Jay Hall, in a statement announcing the appointment. “We look forward to utilizing his experience and expertise as a growth catalyst as we continue to become a leader in our industry.” At Harco, Gomez will utilize his strength in lean manufacturing, statistical process control, and preventative action to further improve manufacturing efforts in support of customer critical requirements.
