CHICAGO — Northwest Analytics (NWA), a provider of manufacturing intelligence and analytics software, recently announced that it has joined the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute (DMDII) in Chicago to help advance the development of cutting-edge technologies for American manufacturers.
The Institute is a collection of industry, non-profit, and government partners working to reestablish U.S. manufacturing into a world leadership position through the application of new and innovative technologies. The DMDII currently has more than 240 partner organizations and $30 million awarded to research and development projects throughout the country.
Northwest Analytics, Inc. delivers real-time manufacturing analytics and visibility, statistical process control (SPC) charting, and enterprise reporting to 35 percent of the Forbes 1000 manufacturers and more than 5,000 manufacturing customers worldwide, NWA reports. The company’s manufacturing intelligence and SPC software emphasize enterprise-wide integration, analysis, and visibility.
