RIVERDALE, N.J.—Sigma-Netics recently announced that it has received AS9100D approval for the design and manufacture of pressure switches, transducers, rotary actuators, and metal bellows assemblies. The company is now ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified for the design, manufacture, and provision of these components and assemblies.

Developed by SAE International, AS9100D is a globally recognized quality management standard for the aviation, space, and defense industries and incorporates the latest ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

“We’ve always held our quality control systems to the highest standards,” said Rob Hishmeh, vice president of sales, Sigma-Netics, in a company release. “The AS9100D certification represents our ongoing commitment to improving our quality even further, while also satisfying our growing base of aerospace, defense, and commercial space customers.”
