BRADENTON, Fla.—ETCO Incorporated reported that it has introduced custom engineered electrical terminals and connectors of numerous types that can be produced to match specific OEM design, manufacturing, and packaging requirements.

ETCO (www.etco.com) can design and manufacture custom electrical terminals to meet precise specifications with regard to form, function, materials, packaging, and OEM production requirements. Part sizes can range from 0.004 inch to 0.090 inch thick with ±0.0005 inch tolerances, depending upon the material and configuration. ETCO offers rapid prototyping using 3-D solid modeling analysis, the company said in a release.

The custom electrical terminals are available in prototype through production quantities. They are produced from materials such as brass, tinned brass, nickel plated steel, copper plated steel, and phosphor-bronze, as well as clad and inlaid alloys. ETCO can provide services that include design, material selection, packaging, and special application equipment.
