Company’s new CEO Hal Gilham receives SPE Thermoformer of the Year Award

MT. LAUREL, NJ.—Productive Plastics, a heavy-gauge plastic thermoforming contract manufacturer, recently named Evan Gilham as president of the company, making him the third generation of the Gilham family to lead the company. The firm’s former president, Hal Gilham, has taken on the role of CEO, the company said in a release.

Productive Plastics manufactures thermoformed plastic components via vacuum forming and pressure thermoforming processes. The company is a prominent contract manufacturer of heavy-gauge thermoformed parts for the medical equipment, transportation, plastic enclosure, and industrial markets. It also produces parts for unmanned vehicles and kiosks.

“During this transition, we are focused on maintaining trusted partnerships with our customers,” said new Productive Plastics President Evan Gilham, in the release. “We are committed to a future of continued innovation and expanded manufacturing services.”

Productive Plastics also reported that Hal Gilham was named Thermoformer of the Year for 2021 by the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Thermoforming Division. The honor was presented at SPE’s Thermoforming Awards Dinner, held in Grand Rapids, Michigan in conjunction with the 28th SPE Thermoforming Conference in September 2021.
