BRADENTON, Fla.—ETCO Incorporated reported that it introduced a wide range of standard and custom electrical and electronic connectors and terminals designed for the electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid vehicle markets.
The company’s EV, hybrid vehicle, and charging station products include battery connectors and terminals, heavy-duty ring terminals, ignition components, PC board terminals, insulated connectors, and custom OEM products, ETCO said in a release.
The precision-stamped products are “totally manufactured in America” and can be supplied loose or in strip form for automated processing equipment. They can also be packaged and delivered as a single SKU, the company said.
The products are reported to conform to UL, NEMA, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO/TS 1649:2002, and RoHs standards and requirements. For a uniform crimp, most of the products incorporate an F-crimp, with all strands inside for a more secure connection than conventional rollover flag ears. They also permit faster wire processing speeds, the company said.
