PENCOM’s Fastener Insertion Technologies line offers a range of press-in hardware installation machines and hand tools suitable for sheet metal assemblies and fabrications

SAN CARLOS, Calif.—The fasteners technology provider PENCOM (Peninsula Components, Inc.) is expanding its offerings with the addition of Fastener Insertion Technologies™ (FIT), a new product line that aims to enhance assembly processes in various industries, the company said in a release.

According to PENCOM’s website, the new FIT line offers a range of press-in hardware installation machines and hand tools suitable for sheet metal assemblies and fabrications, as well as soft ductile materials like plastics and printed circuit boards.

PENCOM said in the release that it is launching its FIT line with two series, SE and TTF. The SE series offers the SE-20™, SE-21™, and SE-22™ models, all operating with 6 tons of force. The larger TTF series is reported to feature 10 tons of force from its TTF-21™ and TTF-22™ models. All FIT machines come standard with Positive Stop installation, Auto-Stop operator safety, and batch counters. Additional options are also available on all equipment, according to the release.

The company said the FIT line is “distinguished by its versatility, user-friendly design, and streamlined operation.” It is reported to stand out as an essential element in modern manufacturing setups, promising to improve productivity while maintaining consistent application quality.

With this launch, PENCOM said it is reasserting its “dedication to being a total fastener solutions provider and continually setting higher standards in customer fulfillment.”
