Custom CNC has more than 50 machine tools available to provide build-to-print production

MACOMB, Mich.—Tooling Tech Group (TTG) recently expanded its capabilities by establishing Tooling Tech Custom CNC, a TTG company that will serve as a contract manufacturing partner for companies needing quick-turn precision parts, TTG said in a release.

Custom CNC provides build-to-print capabilities for fast and reliable custom machining of precision parts up to 150 inches x 100 inches in size, and can hold tolerances within 0.005 +/- 0.001. With more than 50 machine tools at its disposal, Custom CNC can process materials ranging from brass, copper alloys, and aluminum, to steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. It can also process exotic metals, such as titanium, Waspaloy™, Inconel™, Hastelloy, Kovar, Invar, and Monel, the company said.

According to TTG, the ability of Custom CNC to serve as a contract manufacturing partner can simplify and enhance the strength of a company’s supply chain. Tooling Tech Group builds highly engineered tools and custom automated systems for assembly, joining, and inspection.
