BATAVIA, Ohio—Precision manufacturer American-Micro Products has rebranded as BoldX Industries under the sole ownership of executive and entrepreneur Federico Veneziano, who previously served as COO/CFO of American-Micro Products. The company’s team and leadership remain unchanged, according to a release from BoldX Industries.

BoldX Industries, headquartered in Batavia, will continue to serve its “longstanding clients in the defense, aerospace, energy, automotive, and medical sectors with the same made-to-spec components and hermetically sealed connectors they have relied on for decades,” the company stated in the release.

Founded in 1957 as American-Micro Products, the company specializes in tight-tolerance machining, U.S.-based production, and custom-engineered components built to exact specifications. BoldX Industries stated it is now “focused on expanding its capabilities to deliver larger-scale assemblies, extending its value to current partners while positioning itself to support emerging technologies and entrepreneurs developing the next generation of innovative products.” This expanded focus is said to allow BoldX Industries to partner with clients throughout the entire product lifecycle, from prototype to production, helping them scale breakthrough ideas into fully realized solutions.

“This evolution to BoldX Industries reflects our commitment to expand what’s possible for our clients,” said Federico Veneziano, owner, CEO, and president of BoldX Industries, in the release. “We will continue to supply the precise, made-to-spec parts we’re known for and grow our capabilities to handle more complex assemblies—all produced in our U.S.-based facility to meet the growing demand for reliable, domestic manufacturing.”

Veneziano brings more than two decades of global experience in operations, finance, and advanced manufacturing to BoldX Industries. With a background in mechanical engineering and business leadership, as well as education from Texas A&M University and Harvard Business School, he is said to combine technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision. He will be focused on “on driving BoldX Industries’ growth while positioning the company as an employer of choice during its next phase of expansion,” the release stated.

Empowering innovators from concept to certification

As part of its new direction, BoldX Industries is working to strengthen its role as a partner to entrepreneurs and startups that are bringing new technologies to market. From early-stage engineering design support and rapid prototyping, to rigorous product testing and quality validation, BoldX Industries stated that it “provides the expertise and advanced manufacturing processes that help transform ideas into production-ready realities.”

BoldX Industries holds key certifications, such as AS9100D for aerospace and defense quality management, and ISO 9001:2015 for general quality assurance. The company works to ensure  all parts and assemblies meet strict regulatory requirements and pass the most demanding audits. Its in-house testing and inspection capabilities are said to further guarantee that each product complies with client specifications, performance requirements, and applicable industry standards.
