The new 22,000-square-foot facility will enable the company to significantly expand its operations.

WAUSEON, Ohio—Wauseon Machine, Inc. recently opened a new 22,000-square-foot facility in Delta that will empower the company to significantly expand its operations, the company said in a release.

By bolstering its capacity and capability, the additional space is expected to help Wauseon serve more customers. Wauseon Machine is an established provider of custom and robotic automation, tube forming equipment, and precision machined and fabricated parts.

The new facility is reported to provide considerable room for growth. Wauseon Machine is looking forward to expanding its operations across the board to serve more customers with its wide-ranging capabilities, from mobile robot platforms and other forms of flexible automation to precision machining, fabrication, and tube forming technologies, according to the release.

The company said that its recent acquisition of McAlister Design and Automation (MDA), along with the new facility, will ultimately enable Wauseon Machine to better meet its customers’ needs by broadening its automation capabilities and streamlining the process of providing goods and services to customers.

Wauseon Machine started as a small contract machine shop in 1983. Today, the company operates five separate plants in Wauseon, Delta, and in Greenville, South Carolina.
